Tips to Avoid Spam E-mail

Spam or junk mail is abuse in the delivery of electronic news to display news and advertising purposes other causing inconvenience for the users web. The form of the spam that commonly known include: spam mail, instant messaging spam, Usenet newsgroup spam, spam a search engine web information (web search engine spam), spam blogs, spam news on the mobile phone, Internet forum spam, and others.
Spam usually comes without insistently requested and is often not desired by beneficiaries.
Here are some tips to avoid the large number of spam e-mail messages to your e-mail:

1. If you have a site and must include your e-mail address on the site should you replace the @ sign with [at]. Example: admin [at] finderonly.com
2. If you receive an email from a person who does not know us, it is better we do not need to respond or reply email.
3. Never click on a link from the email sent by someone who does not know us.
4. If you want to register on the mailing list or group that is usually provided by yahoo and google, you should use your e-mail address that is not so important.
5. If you receive spam e-mail local (Indonesian Language) you should immediately contact the national team of spam through the abuse [at] apjii.or.id.
6. Install anti-spam software on your computer software such as MailWasher (www.mailwasher.net)
7. Enable anti-spam service in the email service you use.
8. Do not give your e-mail address private, you have to include any person to install between your e-mail address on Facebook, Friendster or Myspace.

Hopefully the above tips can avoid many spam e-mail messages to your e-mail.
