Sony has teamed up with Billabong to create a truly stylish twist on their Sony VAIO W netbook. The new lid makes this pricey Sony VAIO W even more expensive, but is also one of the more creative design partnerships you’ll find, especially if you are a Billabong fan.
The limited edition Imperial Lime lid features splashes of paint dripping down the lid and an emblazoned Billabong logo in the corner, and is sure to appeal to a select market. The 10.1″ Sony VAIO W comes with an Intel N470 CPU and 2GB RAM, as well as a 250GB HDD. It will also come with 2 USB ports, an integrated webcam, and Windows 7 SE. The resolution is 1366×768.
Sony VAIO W expected to ship starting in Australia for AU$749 ($619) next month.
