owerColor non reference board HD 4890 VGA Has speed to 950Mhz GPU and 1100Mhz for GDDR5 memory. Unlike the model output VGA ATI, PowerColor modify Zerotherm heatsinks made with the cooler.
PowerColor use their own PCB with 10 layers PCB board path. VGA speed they also have not yet final. May be faster than that announced at this time.
