There is a large difference between laptop and notebook, and the following differences.

Notebook Features:
-Ultra-light weight
-Battery hold between 4 to 5 hours
-No internal floppy drive
-Graphics subsystem that is still minimal
-No internal DVD or CD, the CD-ROM drives via cable
-Diagonal screen size of 12 to 14 inch
-Thin or low-profile
-There is the integration of modem and network connection
-Keyboard is small, but still functioning well
-Power consumption, a more sparingly, especially for the style Celeron or -Pentium processor or Sempron
-Notebooks have a smaller and lighter than a laptop, or the so-called ‘Ultraportable’. Notebook is designed to provide mobile computing and the resistant rock can still provide power for the user job. Portability is also the ability in accordance with the price of slightly more expensive.

Laptop Features:
-Diagonal screen size of 15 to 17 inch (widescreen) TFT
-Subsystem has a graphics or Nvidia GeForce ATI Radeon
-There are DVD-ROM or DVD-RW drive or a removable internal CD-ROM
-Battery hold up to 3 hours
-Easy to upgrade
-Integration have a modem, network, Bluetooth and Wi-Fi
-Integration of audio and high-quality speaker system
-Using less power consumption, high performance and style, especially for the Intel Centrino processor
-A laptop is designed to sit in the ‘lap’, although many parties who say it can not be done. Laptop form larger and filled with many features of the power. Laptops are designed to replace all desktop PC, if compared with desktop performance in a mobile platform.

Windows registry is a directory which stores settings and options for Microsoft Windows operating system. Registry contains information and settings for all hardware, software and operating system, non-system software, and settings per user. Registry also provides a window for the operation of the kernel, the runtime information such as performance counters and hardware that is active. Registry of the configuration files *. This is the first time in the system used 16-bit Windows (Windows 3.x).

Next five children of the directory that contains each of the keywords (key) and the key (subkey), which organized the hierarkhi:

HKEY_CLASSES ROOT (HKCR)
Usually used to store information about the application that teregister, such as file associations and Ole (Object linking and Embedding) Object to the Class ID in the application that is used to handle the item. For example, the file documents with the extension. Txt will application by a text editor such as Notepad, WordPad, and so forth.

HKEY_CURRENT_USER (HKCU)
Used to store settings on a specific login user. HKCU is a key link to the subkey of HKEY_USERS (HKU) connect with the user, which saves the user computer configuration information, such as color display or desktop, and so forth. HKU itself is a place where the configuration of each user registered in the computer, and when the user login, the user ID will be matched with those in HKEY_CURRENT_USER.

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE
Save the settings that all computer systems, ranging from security, software, system, and hardware, which is applied to the user.

HKEY_CURRENT_CONFIG (HKCC)
Contain information obtained in runtime. The information stored in the permanent key is not stored in the hard disk, but will be refunded when when booting.

HKEY_PERFORMANCE_DATA
Provide information to the runtime performance data provided by the kernel of Windows or other programs that provide performance data. Tertampil key is not in the Registry Editor, but will appear in the registry in Windows API.

HKEY_DYN_DATA
This key is usually no system in Windows 95, Windows 98 and Windows Me. Informas contain about hardware devices, including plug-and-play networks and statistical performance. All information is not stored on the hard disk, and only appear when the startup and only stored in memory.

The motherboard is the board where the computer components can be placed and interconnected. The motherboard is also a major source of power that set the work of all components are connected. The motherboard also set the power on each PC component.Motherboard installed in some components, such as the holder for the processor for both slot and socket, memory socket, slot AGP / PCI Express, PCI, chipset, CMOS components and supporting lainnya.Untuk help ease relations hardware or hardware-PC motherboard then used, Modern PC architecture thus:

Important parts in the motherboard:
Socket processors
Work to put the processor in the socket motherboard.bentuk vary depending on the processor that will be installed and the form of a socket on the motherboard.

Northbridge Chip
This chipset is located near the processor socket, to connect and work
Control system with a processor and system memory size grafis.Biasa its most disbanding chip – chip motherboard manufacturer lain. Sometimes add heatsinks or cooling fan over the chipset.

Southbridge Chip
This chipset is smaller than earlier Northbridge chipset, and serves to connect the IDE bus, PCI, keyboard, mouse, USB and power management.

PCI
Slot consists of 2-6 pieces (depending on the motherboard) that is used to drive additional peripherals such as PCI-based Sound card, TV tuner, modem.Slot supports 32-bit access.

Graphics AGP Slot / PCI Express
Used to drive grafis.slot this card there are 2 kinds of the AGP and PCI Express to AGP slot for this time have very rarely digunakan.PCI Express models have 2 PCI Express and PCI Express x16. By theoretical bandwidth of PCI Express has 4 GB / s and PCI Express x16 graphics display also promises a good game.

RAM slots
Slot-shaped length of the work to install the main memory / RAM. Shape and the number of slots depends on the motherboard.

CMOS battery
Small battery that works to save the system configuration computer.CMOS (Complementary Metal Oxide Semiconductor).

BIOS chip
Same as the CMOS useful to store information in the BIOS (Basic Input / Output System).

Port Parallel ATA / IDE
Connectors for connecting peripherals such as IDE PATA HDD, CD drive or DVD.

SATA Port
Generation connected connectors for SATA HDD, or CD / DVD, and set it with the transfer rate is faster than the port ATA / IDE.

And more part – part of the motherboard, and have the capacity and functionality to support its own motherboard. For now many brands of motherboards have lived according to our needs and budget.
