Camera Canon EOS 500D is the latest product line and has a position DSLR EOS 3-digit range. Canon EOS 500D has a 15.1MP resolution, so it can produce images with a size of 4752×3168 pixels or A3 size with a depth of 300dpi. Camera Canon EOS 500D also features DIGIC 4 processor and is designed to handle large image sizes with frame shooting 3.4 frames per second (fps) to 170 JPEG image format, or Raw. Canon EOS 500D Camera will automatically clean the camera sensor with the sensor so that dust mengetarkan missing. Sensor can be cleaned every time when the camera is off or on, and only a few seconds, to begin a half-pressing the lid or disabled via the menu system.

Camera Canon EOS 500D has a LiveView feature which can be used to cover 100 percent of the image on the LCD screen with 30fps refresh in time. This camera focus can be done manually, using the focus ring on the lens, and image can be set accuracy of five to 10 times. Other features of autofocus, face detection and quick focus, is also capable of displaying a grid overlay and histogram.
