BlackBerry PlayBook vs LG Optimus Pad

BlackBerry Playbook has a size smaller than the LG Optimus Pad. BlackBerry Playbook has a 7 inch touchscreen with 1024 x 600 pixels, while LG Optimus Pad has a 8.9 inch touchscreen with a resolution of 1280 x 768 pixels. This means Optimus Pad LG screen looks sharp with a high level of resolution.

For the processor, the BlackBerry Playbook and LG Optimus Pad, both powered by a 1GHz dual-core processors. LG Optimus Pad using NVIDIA Tegra 2 while keeping the processor it uses RIM for BlackBerry Playbook. Both tablet is equipped with a rear camera and front camera. BlackBerry Playbook has a 5 megapixel rear camera and front camera is 3 megapixels. While LG Optimus Pad has two cameras in the back of magnitude 5 megapixel and 2 megapixel camera front. The advantages of the two cameras LG Optimus Pad is able to take 3D images and 3D video recording 720p and 1080p HD video plus LED flash. Unfortunately, to view 3D content at LG Optimus Pad require 3-dimensional glasses.

BlackBerry Playbook using the BlackBerry Tablet OS, which is claimed by RIM to provide the best experience to users in terms of multi-tasking. In addition, RIM will also release “App Player” to run Android and Java applications on BlackBerry devices. LG Optimus Pad uses the Android 3.0 Honeycomb.

BlackBerry Playbook and LG Optimus Pad is a two-tablet devices that use different operating systems. If you are lovers of 3D images and videos you can choose the LG Optimus Pad, but if you are an office user you can choose the BlackBerry Playbook.
