Woow Digital will launch The One, a tablet with ARM Tegra 250 (Tegra 2) Android operating system 2.3 and Gingerbread. Initially available in Japan, the tablet Woow will soon be marketed in Europe.

And ‘this is the case of a Japanese gadget maker, Woow Digital, which enters strongly in the market for tablet. WooW The One has a 10-inch screen multitouch capacitive touchscreen with a resolution of 1024×600 pixels, while the system has 1GB of RAM, 16GB of space for data storage, Nvidia Tegra SoC 2 (able to handle 3D and video content in high definition ) and Bluetooth connectivity, WiFi and 3G.

WooW The One seems rather thin and includes a HDMI port, 2 USB ports (one under the flap), docking connector, audio jack and SD card reader. As for the operating system, Woow Digital chose to install Android 2.3 Gingerbread since the launch of its tablet. Listed on sale in Japan at a price of 42,000 yen (about 380 euro) in December, The One should arrive rapidly in Europe, Hong Kong, and Taiwan.
