Simultaneously with the launch of the Walkman E470 Series, Sony also present Walkman F800. Different from other series that Sony announced this time, the F800 series comes with the operating system Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich.
Walkman F800 is not a Portable Media Player (PMP) first Android from Sony. Earlier this year they launched the Z Series Walkman that runs Android 2.3 Gingerbread and is powered by the Nvidia Tegra 2 1GHz.
With the Android operating system, this PMP can be used for various purposes through existing applications on Google’s Play Store. XLOUD F800 also comes with a speaker system that is able to make a sound louder without reducing clarity.
Sony Walkman F800 is scheduled to be released at a price of U.S. $ 269.99 for the 16Gb capacity, and U.S. $ 299.99 for the 32GB capacity.
