Pentax Q10 using a 12 megapixel BSI CMOS sensor which is claimed to produce new better photos with more minimal noise in high ISO setting. Autofocus performance is also improved, especially when using a telephoto lens or shooting at low light conditions. For blur-free image results, Pentax technology has equipped Q10 SR (Shake Reduction) which automatically shifts the CMOS sensor to reduce the effects of vibration is detected.
