Advantages and Disadvantages of Lenovo ThinkPad Edge E220s (Review)

Lenovo ThinkPad Edge E220s is the latest ultraportable that the company has officially launched during the festival dedicated to technology. Featuring a 12.5-inch form factor, this model uses Intel Core series processors i3/i5/i7. Completely renovated in design, ThinkPad E220s, dedicated to professional users, is made of different aluminum parts that not only improve appearance, make it more robust.
A precise design of the giant Chinese engineers has resulted in a structure characterized by a thickness of just 20 mm. Through the use of an alloy of magnesium and aluminum, this device weighs only 1.58 pounds and is perfect for those who require frequent travel. Lenovo ThinkPad Edge E220s have a keyboard with island units and boasts an opaque lid that increases the overall elegance of the product.
Furthermore, innovative technology for building the display made no frame, but accompanied by a kind of safety glass that covers the area inside of the lid. This solution gives the idea of a panel larger than the real ones. Available from next April, initially in the United States, the new model created by Lenovo is equipped with more memory up to 4GB DDR3 RAM and offers a data storage space provided by traditional hard disk 5,400 and 7,200 rpm or in various cuts of solid-state drive (SSD Solid State Drive) up to 128 GB.
Among the many features include the presence of VGA and HDMI video outputs that allow connection to high-definition display, three USB ports including a combined eSATA, integrated webcam with a resolution of 720p and Dolby Digital audio compatible.
