The other surprise of the event today Apple is the new version of Apple TV, which unlike the iPod is stripped of many of the functions of which was provided previously in favor of simplification that is reflected in a significant price cut it costs only $ 99 and is a black box equipped with WiFi interfaces, USB, HDMI and digital audio. Presumably with the intention to be proactive on Google TV, Apple TV will rely on the network, the so-called “cloud”, for streaming of their content from services such as Fox, ABC, Netflix, YouTube, Flickr, and Mobile Me.
